Jeff Goldman is the General Manager at Ensorcell, responsible for delivering new life sciences tools that work better and cost less. He is focused on building and growing the organization, developing the go-to-market strategy and establishing a strong foundation for the Ensorcell brand by driving a balance of innovation, retention, and growth in a positive culture. He has more than two decades of hands-on expertise in the operation and commercialization of bioprocessing and life science research products and services at Andelyn Biosciences, Pall Biotech, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Xcellerex.

Andria Balogh is the Head of Products at Ensorcell, with responsibility for the flagship product lines and new product development. She brings an innovative perspective to developing the product portfolio with more than two decades in the biomedical industry at leading companies like Danaher, and almost 15 years behind the bench at top US-based academic and healthcare institutions. An entrepreneurial track record of launching two small businesses and a background of medical training complement this applied expertise. While building a product portfolio that revolutionizes life science tool innovation, Andria is committed to driving a collaborative culture, complemented by a customer-first approach, to product strategy and implementation.

Jeff leverages his commercial operations and finance expertise to drive customer acquisition, demand generation, pipeline development, and strategic account management for the long-term.

His extensive experience in technology development, product design, and complex electro-mechanical system integration is funneled into a full-phase product development approach. Leveraging user insights and data, Ken leads the delivery of tools that are high performance, built to last, human-centered, and priced accessibly.
